Hanwoo [한우] is Korean prime beef. Japan has their Kobe beef, Korea has Hanwoo. It’s not quite as baller as Kobe, as in they don’t massage their beef and give them a life of luxury before slaughter, but it’s definitely more tender than filet mignon and literally melts in your mouth. Too bad just this much (one portion) is 39,000won, which is like $33 US. I mean you usually end up eating at least 2 portions >_<
