![Hanwoo [한우] is Korean prime beef. Japan has their Kobe beef, Korea has Hanwoo. It’s not quite as baller as Kobe, as in they don’t massage their beef and give them a life of luxury before slaughter, but it’s definitely more tender than filet mignon and literally melts in your mouth.
